Ordering Process
I design a new menu every Thursday with single serving options, family style, and customizable menu options. There is also frozen meals available. The deadline to place an order is Saturday at 10:00am. Orders with be delivered the following Monday.

My intentions for this business are to provide fresh, seasonal, restaurant quality meals that can be ready to eat in just minutes. Since becoming a new dad, I understand even more how everyone has busy lives and unfortunately, food is one of the first aspects of life that suffers because of that.
That's why I am here! Let me do all of the hard work for you, all you need to do is order, eat, and enjoy!

HELLO!
I just wanted to introduce myself, Sean Sterling, my wife Reaves, and our daughters Blair and Sloan! I was taught at a French culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles and have many years experience cooking. I have worked in local restaurants like Theo's and Saiwok Vietnamese Street Food, as well as restaurants in LA and abroad in Australia. I have been lucky enough to travel to Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, Italy, New Zealand, and Greece where I was always on the hunt for the local cuisine!

I love cooking with different ingredients, learning new dishes, and exploring the world of food! The restaurant world is a tough one and at this point in my career I am looking to create a better work/life balance. Cooking will always be an important part of my life and I want to share my love of it through my new meal prep business!
